Under 5yrs - team size:6 - $100
Under 6yrs - team size:6 - $100
Under 8yrs - team size:8 - $125
Under 10yrs - team size:12 - $200 full sponsorship
Under 10yrs - team size:12 - $100 co-sponsorship
Under 12yrs - team size:18 - $350 full sponsorship
Under 12yrs - team size:18 - $175 co-sponsorship
Division II U12-U18 - team size:18 - $550 full sponsorship
Division II U12-U18 - team size:18 - $275 co-sponsorship
